Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

  • Same-Day Orders: Once a same-day order has been placed, it cannot be canceled due to the time-sensitive nature of floral arrangements.

  • Next-Day or Future Orders: Orders scheduled for next day or future delivery or pickup can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Please contact us directly by phone or email to request a cancellation. Orders canceled within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund.

2. Refunds

  • Non-Delivery or Incorrect Delivery: If we are unable to deliver your order on the specified date due to a mistake on our end, or if your order is delivered incorrectly, please notify us immediately. We will either redeliver your order at no additional charge or provide a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • Product Quality Issues: We pride ourselves on the quality of our floral arrangements. If there is an issue with the freshness or quality of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with photos and details. We may offer a replacement arrangement or a partial refund, depending on the specific situation.

3. Non-Refundable Orders

  • Custom or Special Orders: Orders with custom designs, specific flower requests, or large quantities that require special ordering of flowers (such as wedding and event florals) are non-refundable once they are in progress. In the event of cancellation prior to fulfillment, we will retain any deposits made to cover costs.

  • Holiday and Peak Period Orders: Orders placed for major holidays (such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas) are non-refundable due to the high demand and special sourcing of flowers during these periods.

4. Changes to Orders

  • We will do our best to accommodate changes to your order, such as adjustments to delivery address, recipient information, or floral arrangement requests. However, changes may not be possible for same-day or next-day orders, particularly during busy periods. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any adjustments.

5. Delivery Policy

  • If delivery is attempted and the recipient is unavailable, we will leave the arrangement in a safe location or follow the delivery instructions provided. If no safe location is available, the order may be returned to our shop, and additional charges may apply for redelivery.
