Worrying about a little furry friend? We will only be using pet friendly flowers if you select this option - snapdragons, gerberas, roses, alstromerias, sunflowers, etc. making sure your pets are safe! Please let us know if you have any preference in color tones (soft, pastel, white, vibrant, etc).

*Please do not choose this if your pet does not eat flowers as it will give us limited options of flowers.

Options:

• Hand-tied: Flowers will be wrapped in wet paper towel to keep them fresh for 1 hour or less.

• Hand-tied in a mason jar: Flowers will be wrapped and put in a mason jar to keep them fresh for 1 hour or longer. This option is recommended for delivery when the recipient’s availability at home is uncertain.

• In a Vase: This option is recommended when you want the flowers to be pre-arranged and simply placed upon receiving. This option is recommended for delivery when the recipient’s availability at home is uncertain.

*Flowers can be substituted with equal or higher value depends on the season. Please leave us notes if you prefer certain colors or flowers.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery window is between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM on regular days.

During busy seasons such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, delivery times will be extended to between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM to accommodate the high volume of orders.

While we always do our best to honor requested time windows, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. We recommend choosing a mason jar or vase option if the recipient’s availability at home is uncertain, to help keep flowers fresh upon arrival.

You can pre-order online for pick-up from the shop. All pickups will be ready at Avenida Flowers (beside the Pies Plus Cafe).

*Our same-day cutoff time is 11 AM from Tuesday to Sunday. Please note that we are closed on Mondays.
